Figuring out how to monitor two small children in two separate rooms is a challenge that many parents face. Graco offers a product that may be the answer.

The Graco iMonitor Duo baby monitor is one of the only products on the market that allows parents to monitor two rooms or two babies at the same time. Many parents with two young children in separate rooms wonder how they can listen for both of their children's cries when most monitors only offer the option of monitoring one room.

Parents are faced with the decision to either not listen to the older child or to attempt the near impossible task of finding two single monitors that don't interfere with each other. This monitor eliminates those problems by offering two nursery units and two parent receivers.

iMonitor Duo Baby Monitor Has Great Features

This product features two nursery units which allow parents to monitor two rooms or two children independently. It also has two parent units which allow parents to monitor the baby from more than one room. It features two sets of color lights which lets parents monitor their children visually and see which room the monitor is tuned to.

The volume and length of time that each room/child is monitored is adjustable so one child can be monitored from 10 seconds up to 2 minutes and the other child can be monitored for a different amount of time. This monitor is also 100% digital to prevent interference from other household items such as cordless phones and features different channels as well.

Each unit has the ability to use batteries as well as provided A/C adaptors. This feature, as well as the belt clip, increases the portability of the monitor. Parent units also contain rechargeable batteries so that when they are placed on the convenient docking station, they will be charged and ready. Nursery units require AAA batteries which are primarily used for back-up in case of a power outage.

It offers extended range so even those with very large houses can keep track of their little ones. If a parent accidentally goes beyond the available range of the monitor, the out of range alarm sounds.

This Graco Monitor is Easy to Use

This product is very easy to use. It comes with easy to follow instructions as well as a quick set-up guide. It takes some time to become acclimated with using the timer to adjust the amount of time each room is monitored, but overall this monitor can be set up within minutes of taking it out of the box.

The Price for Monitoring Two Babies or Two Rooms

This monitor is one of, if not the only, audio baby monitor on the market that has the ability to listen to two rooms or two children. Graco basically has the corner on the market. At around $130, the price seems a bit high considering video monitors can be purchased for around $200.

If a parent needs to keep tabs on more than one child around the home, this innovative baby product has the ability to do so. The available features also make this baby monitor very convenient. The price seems high, but it is worth it for the simple peace of mind the product provides, especially for the parents of two very young children.
